Job Responsibilities

Analyze existing production processes to formulate, develop, test and implement process improvements and solve current issues
- Optimize production systems with a strong focus on OEE, quality and yield
- Define, implement and safeguard process standards
- Identify and prioritize bottlenecks and production issues using data-driven analysis

Define success criteria and perform thorough problem analyses using structured problem‑solving techniques
- Develop, coordinate and implement improvement proposals across departments
- Ensure permanent implementation and sustainability of solutions

Take an active role in change management through training, procedures and clear communication

Implement, manage and optimize digital systems to visualize and analyze production performance
- Act as the link between production and project teams for new installations, from initiation to aftercare
- Manage the complete COC process and lead p‑FMEA after project delivery, ensuring feedback to SIPOC
Profile Description
- Master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in production environments with fully automated assembly lines
- Strong knowledge of process expertise (technology & delivery base, implementation, risks), process control tools (such as 6S), engineering studies and process capability
- Affinity with PLCs, robotics, cobots, AI or industrial engineering

- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
- Natural team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Dutch and English
